Every August 17, Engineer's Day is celebrated in Colombia, in commemoration of the creation of the Colombian Association of Engineers (ACI) in 1927.

In addition, the objective of this is to promote the development and promotion of engineering in the country, as well as to encourage collaboration and knowledge exchange among engineers

Likewise, the ACI represents the interests of Colombian engineers, as well as the promotion of engineering as a fundamental discipline for the progress and development of the country.


Also, the association organizes events, seminars and activities related to engineering and technology, providing services and resources to its members to support their professional growth.
